Core Responsibilities: * Direct and manage on-site construction operations, maintaining strict compliance with project plans and schedules. * Supervise all aspects of piling, shoring, and foundation construction, ensuring high-quality execution and adherence to engineering best practices. * Facilitate effective communication and coordination among project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain a seamless workflow. * Perform regular site inspections and efficiently resolve any technical challenges that arise. * Uphold rigorous safety regulations and quality control standards throughout all construction phases. * Compile and submit comprehensive daily and weekly progress reports. Qualifications: * A Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline is required. * Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in construction, with a preference for those who have served in a site engineer capacity. * Demonstrated strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and equipment. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are essential for effective team collaboration. * Proficiency in interpreting and understanding project plans and technical specifications. * Solid knowledge of construction industry safety regulations and protocols. * Must be prepared to work on-site and travel to various project locations as necessary for the role.
